Standard Shipping within India
- Free standard Shipping on retail orders over Rs. 1500.00 in India.
- All orders Confirmed will be dispatched within 1-2 business days.
- Custom Print orders are dispatched in 8-10 business days.
- Orders put after 2 PM IST on Fridays, will be handled the next Monday.
- Business days are Monday-Saturday.
- We don’t ship orders on Saturdays or Sundays.
- The standard delivery time are as follow:
- Metro cities: 4-5 days
- South India: 8-9 days
- East & North East India: 10-12 days
- North India: 4-5 days
- West India:4-5 days
- Central India:3-4 days
- suburbs(Outer Areas in Cities): Additional 1-2 days depending on the Zone.
- Some variations in the delivery time line could occur due to unavoidable circumstances.
Returns and refunds on domestic orders
- If we made an error in sending you a product, we will have the correct product sent out to you, at no extra costs.
- In case of damanged products, where the damaged products received are less than 30% of the total order, we will refund the difference amount or can adjust the amount with your next order. We will not be resending any small parcels again.
